I’ve been seeing Sheree at Savvy for about 6 months now and I can tell when I’ve gone too long in between appointments. I feel great after every service I receive (better sleep, less bloating, strong immune system etc…). The lymph wand massage is my favorite but I’ve seen wonderful benefits from all the services she offers. She’s helped with supplements and has great understanding of the health and wellness space.

I have been to Savvy Wellness several times with my mother, and on the first visit, Sheree does a good job of thoroughly explaining everything she's doing, and making sure you are completely informed and know what is going on. Also, the lymphatic drainage was a restoring, calming experience, and I feel like I got a lot out of it. The foot bath was easy, and very informative. I look forward to coming every month with my mom, and we both enjoy it.

I came in specifically for lymphatic drainage for allergies and general cold symptoms, and the protocol was extremely effective for helping me get rid of symptoms that seemed to just linger even after I was no longer sick. They also offer mold, heavy metal, and parasite detoxes, of which I will be coming back for. Savvy is unique in the modalities they offer but also in the care they provide. Savvy Wellness is unbelievable!!! The lymphatic massage is unlike any I’ve had anywhere and I’m so thankful my friend referred me! Major decrease in swelling and inflammation after only two sessions. Highly recommend!
I was referred to Savvy Wellness by my health coach for lymphatic drainage sessions after dealing with a multitude of digestive issues, mold toxicity, and intense period pain. After 2 sessions I noticed a positive change in my digestion, bloating, energy levels and overall wellness. Most notably, after 3-4 sessions, I had significantly less period pain (almost none!). Sheree is very knowledgeable in lymphatic drainage and customizes each session based on individualized health history and current symptoms. I highly recommend a lymphatic drainage session with Sheree!
I brought my 12 year old daughter to Savvy Wellness for halotherapy (salt therapy) and the red light therapy to help with her recovery from pneumonia. We did 2 sessions, with noticeable improvement in her cough and breathing immediately, and helped accelerate her progress. After the 2nd session, her cough became very minimal and she said she felt like breathing is just ‘easier.’

Life-changing when you’re going through cancer! After I was done with seven different surgeries and procedures, including chemo this year my body was so swollen and hurt so bad. At first I did foot detox baths and immediately gained energy back and felt like all the anesthesia that was stuck in my body was coming out. Then I started the lymphatic massages and not only did I cry during my first procedure, I felt like I released so much sadness, anger and toxins from my body that I was a different person, leaving that appointment than when I walked in. My hair started growing back after the foot detox and I haven’t looked back as I feel like my old self with so much energy. Every day I take the lymphatic detox drops and toxin binder that I got while I was there which both continue to aid in my lymphatic drainage journey. Savvy helped me after wrist surgery. Immediately following surgery she performed lymphatic drainage on the area and reduced the swelling dramatically. So grateful for healing support during such a stressful time.

I received the neurofeedback and mat treatments right before traveling internationally. I also struggle with chronic fatigue and sleep apnea. I noticed immediately I felt mentally sharper and I was able to fall asleep quickly and wake up feeling alert for weeks after. I wish I lived closer, I would get these treatments more often.
I first met Sheree several years ago and immediately knew she was dedicated to helping others feel the best they can be. I moved away from the area but since I have been back I decided to try the Discovery Package, each treatment I tried helped me feel relaxed and energized at the same time and of course healthier. Since having started the CellCore Drainage Activator, I’ve noticed Weight loss, glands have drained cause my face isn’t so round and I can see length in my neck. My stomach and abdomen area has thinned out and a hourglass shape is starting to take shape and flattened quiet a bit which with my C-section I haven’t been able to loose it much. My mind is clear and no more anxiety. I was at about 154lbs and im at about 147lbs now. But the inches are huge.
