Appointment Policies

We understand that unanticipated events can occasionally happen in everyone’s lives. In an effort to be fair and considerate to all our clients, we adhere to the following policies:

48-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. We often have waitlists of clients who would love to get an appointment. If we are given the notice, we can fill the spot. If you are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Please call or text 303.999.7690 to cancel or reschedule. Payment must be made before your next scheduled session.

No-Shows

If you miss an appointment without notifying us, whether intentionally or unintentionally, it will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. Depending on how late you are, we will determine if there is sufficient time to begin treatment. Regardless of the actual treatment time, you will be responsible for the full session fee. We kindly ask that you respect Savvy’s time and the time of other clients by arriving promptly.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash and Venmo. We also accept FSA, HSA and credit cards with an additional 3% merchant fee. Insurance is not accepted, however upon request can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

How to Prepare

For maximum results, please be sure to drink plenty of water the days leading up to the appointment for all of our services. This can’t be emphasized enough…Very important for maximum results. Prior to your  Lymphatic Therapy, BioEnergetics & IonCleanse Foot Detox.  We strongly advise no perfumes, lotions or deodorant, as we have many clients who have sensitivities to fragrances. Getting a good night sleep is also very important.
